Markets Slip At Midday As Oil Prices Rise

The markets slipped during the midday as oil prices rose. The Dow lost 8 points to 11,985 while Nasdaq fell 8 points to 2330. S&P 500 slipped 3 points to 1363. The 30-year bond eased as the yield rose to 4.898%.
