Another Record Close For Dow

The markets closed higher with the Dow surging to another record high as upbeat earnings news lifted investor sentiment. The blue chip index rose 20 points to 11,981 while Nasdaq gained 7 points to 2364. S&P 500 added 3 points to 1369. The 30-year bond edged up as the yield eased to 4.919%.
