Markets Mixed As U. N. Condemns North Korea

The markets remain mired in mixed territory after the U. N. Security Council condemned North Korea for its nuclear test. The Dow lost 5 points to 11,845 while Nasdaq rose 11 points to 2310. S&P 500 held steady at 1350. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.836%.
