Markets Close At New High For Dow

Falling oil prices lifted the markets higher with the Dow closing at a new high of 11,727. Nasdaq added 6 points to 2244 while S&P 500 gained 4 points to 1334. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.753%.
