Markets Lower Over North Korea Concerns

Despite retreating oil prices, the markets traded in negative territory during the midday as investors remained concerned about geopolitical tensions surrounding North Korea's nuclear tests. The Dow losing 17 points to 11,840. Nasdaq slipped 2 points to 2310 while S&P 500 eased a point to 1350. The 30-year bond edged down as the yield rose to 4.882%.
