Markets Close Higher Despite Rebounding Oil

Despite a rebound in oil prices, the markets made modest gains to close higher with the Dow rising 13 points to set another record close of 11,961. Nasdaq climbed 11 points to 2357 while S&P 500 added 3 points to 1366. The 30-year bond eased as the yield rose to 4.938%.
