Markets Lower Over Oil Concerns

Concerns that OPEC will curtail oil production weighed down the markets during the midday. The Dow lost 18 points to 11,993 while Nasdaq eased a point to 2340. S&P 500 edged down a point to 1366. The 30-year bond rose as the yield slipped to 4.900%.
