Markets Mostly Higher As Home Construction Rises

The markets closed mostly higher as home construction rose in March. The Dow gained 53 points to 12,773 while Nasdaq slipped a point to 2517. S&P 500 added 3 points to 1471. The 30-year bond edged up as the yield eased to 4.847%.
