Markets Close Higher Despite Rising Oil Prices

The markets rose to close higher despite rising oil prices. The Dow climbed 68 points to 12,553 while Nasdaq gained 21 points to 2480. S&P 500 added 9 points to 1448. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.910%.
