Markets Mixed Over Sluggish Manufacturing Activity

The markets traded mixed during the midday over sluggish manufacturing activity. The Dow gained 9 points to 12,363 while Nasdaq fell 5 points to 2417. S&P 500 added a point to 1422. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.842%.
