Markets Mixed As Home Sales Tumble

The markets traded mixed during the midday as existing home sales tumbled. The Dow climbed 39 points to 12,958 while Nasdaq slipped 2 points to 2522. S&P 500 added a fraction to 1481. The 30-year bond rose as the yield edged down to 4.809%.
