Markets Mixed As Oil Prices Rise

The markets traded mixed during the midday as oil prices rose. The Dow fell 24 points to 12,104 while Nasdaq climbed 10 points to 2355. S&P 500 added 2 points to 1379. The 30-year bond rose as the yield eased to 4.922%.
