Markets Flat Ahead Of Fed Meeting

The markets closed near the flatline despite retreating oil prices as investors focused on the Federal Reserve meeting tomorrow. The Dow added 4 points to 12,491 while Nasdaq rose 6 points to 2441. S&P 500 lost 2 points to 1421. The 30-year bond eased as the yield inched up to 4.982%.
