Earnings Concerns Send Markets To Lower Close

Concerns about corporate earnings sent the markets tumbling to a close with the Dow dropping 88 points to 12,477. Nasdaq plunged 20 points to 2431 while S&P 500 fell 8 points to 1423. The 30-year bond rose as the yield eased to 4.847%.
