Markets Lower Over Sluggish Economy

Economic growth slowed to a sluggish 2% pace in the July-to-September quarter due to the slumping housing market. The Dow dropped 54 points to 12,410 while Nasdaq fell 13 points to 2415. S&P 500 lost 6 points to 1417. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.720%.
