Markets Close Higher Over Mild Inflation

Mild inflation and rising industrial production lifted the markets to a higher close with the Dow gaining 29 points to 12,446. Nasdaq added 3 points to 2457 while S&P 500 edged up 2 points to 1427. The 30-year bond eased as the yield inched up to 4.718%.
