Another Record Close For Dow

The Dow surged to another record close as the cooling economy sparked speculation that the Federal Reserve may lower interest rates. The Dow leaped 123 points to 11,851 while Nasdaq climbed 47 points to 2291. S&P 500 rose 16 points to 1350. The 30-year bond inched up as the yield eased to 4.721%.
