Upbeat Jobs Data Lifts Markets Higher

Upbeat employment data lifted the markets higher during the midday with the Dow gaining 29 points to 12,307. Nasdaq climbed 12 points to 2440 while S&P 500 added 2 points to 1409. The 30-year bond eased as the yield rose to 4.635%.
