Markets Higher At Midday

The markets traded higher during the midday with the Dow climbing 40 points to 11,407 while Nasdaq gained 2 points to 2,325. The S&P 500 added 3 points to 1,313. The 30-year bond slipped as the yield rose to 5.228%.
